Delivery of your order

When placing your order and in your order confirmation you will see the expected delivery time - this depends on the type of item and the shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a Track & Trace code, with which you can track the shipment. You can find the exact delivery date via this link once it has been scheduled by the courier.

If (part of) your order consists of partner items, you will receive these in a separate delivery that is sent directly from the partner. This may mean that the delivery time of these partner items differs. Once you have received the Track & Trace code, it will be activated within a maximum of seven days. Once the link is active, don't worry if it isn't updated daily. If you do not see an update after five days, please contact us.

What happens to your order if you are not at home?

The PostNL, DHL, DPD or Fietskoeriers delivery person delivers the order to the delivery address. If you are not present during the first delivery attempt, you will receive a notification. This can be done by means of a note in the mailbox, via the Track & Trace link or by email.

PostNL / DHL/DPD please let us know where your order is with one of the following 3 options:

  • They come back the next day;
  • The order is with the neighbors;
  • Or the order is at a collection point.

Your order will be delivered Bicycle couriers delivered? Then they will make two more delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, your order will be returned to us.

*Your order may be delivered by a different courier during a second delivery attempt.

Returns

If your purchase was less than the minimum order value of €25.00 and you have paid a delivery charge, this will be refunded if the entire order is returned.

Can I receive my order today?
If a product is in stock in the store, pick it up today. You can call the store for this.

What should I do if I have not received my package?
There are a few things you can do.
1. View the Track & Trace code of your package
2. Check the delivery address
Is the delivery address you entered correct? Also check your zip code.
3. Check your email
Have you received a 'not at home' message? The package has then been delivered to the neighbors or the delivery person has scheduled a new delivery time.

Don't know yet where your package is?
Please wait a little longer, because your package may be delayed. Have you not received it after 5 days? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Please do this within 14 days of your original delivery day. We are happy to look for a solution together.

Can I pick up a product in the store if it is temporarily sold out online?
Yes, sometimes a product is still in the store even though it is sold out online. Then call the store.
