how can I place an order?
Place your products in your digital shopping cart via the order button. If you place the order with your Berryshop account, this will be even faster because we already know you. Would you rather speak to an employee? Then call customer service.

Is my product in stock?
You can see this on the product page. Here you will always find the most current stock status of the product, online and in our stores.

How do I change my order?
You can only change your order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. Please contact our customer service to change the name or address of your order.

How do I change my delivery address for a current order?
How you change the address of a pending order depends on the delivery service that delivers your package.
1. Delivery by PostNL/DPD/DHL
Have you not received a shipping confirmation yet? Please contact our customer service to change your address.
If you have already received a shipping confirmation, please change delivery to a carrier pick-up point. If your package is already too far along in the delivery process, this is unfortunately no longer possible, not even via customer service. There will then be a message on your Track and Trace page. You can ask the residents of the incorrect address if you can pick up the package there, or ask them to refuse your package. Your order will then be returned to Berryshop and you will receive your money back within 7 days.
2. Delivery by Berryshop
Please contact our customer service to change your address. If your order is already far in the delivery process, the delivery time may also need to be adjusted in the event of a change of address.

How do I cancel my order?
You can arrange this yourself in My Berryshop. You can only cancel if your order has not yet left our warehouse. Has your order already been shipped? Then you can refuse it at the door or return it free of charge via the online returns form.

What is the status of my order?
In My Berryshop you can easily see where your package is. Here you will also find a link to your Track & Trace. You can also find the Track & Trace code in your shipping confirmation email. Is your Track & Trace incorrect on the day of delivery? Please contact our customer service.
